Getting used to daycare

During the introductory meeting, you will meet your child's permanent mentor. The mentor pays extra attention to your child's development and guidance and is your permanent point of contact. After the meeting, your child can stay for a few hours to meet our educational professionals and new friends. We then schedule one or two (free) settling-in sessions, depending on how quickly your child feels at home with us. In this way, we build a foundation of trust together, step by step.

Exchanges and extra childcare

Would you like to exchange a day (or part of a day) or do you need an extra day (or part of a day) of childcare? At Espira, we are flexible and want to make things as easy as possible for you. You can therefore arrange everything quickly and easily yourself via our parent portal, a web portal and app especially for parents.

Canceling childcare

Would you like to cancel childcare? You can also do this via our parent portal. We apply a one-month notice period for this. Your contract will automatically end when your child reaches the age of 4 (daycare) or 13 (after-school care).
